What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an ambitious and creative School Improvement Lead for Primary Education to work alongside the CEO and school leadership teams. The successful candidate will have the energy and ambition to drive our school improvement model to ensure that all Trust schools deliver excellent and inspiring education provision across the primary phases.
As an inspirational leader having a thorough approach, with experience of Headship or senior leadership within a Trust or Local Authority environment, you will be able to build relationships quickly and effectively, accurately providing professional challenge and support to school leadership teams to identify priorities for improvement and plan effective change to bring about rapid improvement. You will have comprehensive knowledge of the schools’ Ofsted inspection criteria with the ability to support schools through inspections and provide targeted support in specific areas such as pupil attendance, disadvantaged outcomes, progress of SEND pupils etc.
