School Improvement Lead job summary
Lime Trustees are looking for an outstanding SEN practitioner with extensive leadership and management experience. You should share our passion for achieving the very best outcomes for our pupils. You will play a vital role in leading school improvement across our range of SEND schools. We are looking for a leader who has high aspirations for the continued professional development of our staff and for the highest quality engagement with the wider community, our families, employers and other stakeholders.
You will need to be a proven practitioner who has worked with a range of pupil needs and will be able to model good practice to others; develop bespoke curriculums and train staff to implement effectively; be able to demonstrate initiating, managing and leading effective change. Your high level of professional values and educational philosophy will ensure that our schools make sustained improvements in all aspects of life. You will have the commitment and aspiration for our pupils and staff to reach their full potential and have a commitment to the attainment and achievement of greater levels of independence for pupils who have complex, medical, behavioural and physical learning difficulties.
A commitment to the values of the Trust alongside a collaborative and effective partnership working style will be required to secure innovative personalised learning pathways for students with complex learning difficulties. You will be a highly motivated leader who is committed to implementing significant and sustained improvements across the Trust.
