School & Lead Attendance Administrator job summary

Start Date TBC, 35 hours per week, 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, Term time only.

St Joan of Arc Catholic School seeks to appoint a reliable, efficient, organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will work alongside the School Administrator and a team of Attendance Administrators and feed into the Designated Safeguarding Lead, providing up to date analysis of pupil absences.

You will also provide effective and confidential comprehensive administrative support to the School Office, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work with complete discretion and confidentiality

• Good Administrative and IT skills

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
