What skills and experience we're looking for

Stanhope Primary School is seeking confident, positive and approachable Senior Midday Supervisory Assistants (SMSAs) to join our dedicated school team.

• Stays calm and patient, handling pupil interactions with fairness, consistency and care.

• Is a reliable team player, working seamlessly with staff to uphold school policies, first aid and safeguarding procedures.

• Places children at the heart of everything they do, ensuring their safety and well-being comes first every day.

Above all, we want individuals who bring warmth, enthusiasm and a commitment to helping our pupils thrive.
