School Nurse / Medical Room Assistant

Part time - permanent

15.5 hours per week (2 days - Thursday and Friday)

Salary scale: LL3 SCP06 - SCP08 (£9,192 - £9,487 - actual annual salary)

Required to start on Monday 23rd February 2026

Cardinal Newman School is an 11-19 comprehensive school with Specialist Science Status, serving the Roman Catholic community in Luton and Dunstable. We are one of the most successful schools in Luton and have a thriving 6th form with 300 students. We have been consistently described by Ofsted as a ‘good’ school and under Section 48 as an ‘outstanding Catholic school’.

We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to support the school in providing medical care and welfare to students, staff or visitors of the school together with some administrative duties associated with the post.
