School Office Administrator job summary

We are a small, friendly primary school in Eggbuckland and welcome applications from positive, dedicated administrators who want the best for our children and families.

As a point of contact for parents and visitors you must be personable, well organised and have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Working alongside others in the team you will need to prioritise work, have experience in or be willing to learn about the management systems in the school and not be phased by the rapid pace of school life.

In accordance with Part Three ‘Safer Recruitment’ of Keeping Children Safe in Education statutory guidance, and as part of the due diligence on shortlisted candidates, WeST will conduct an online search. This may help identify any incidents or issues that have happened, and are publicly available online, which the Trust might want to consider and/or explore with shortlisted applicants.
