We’re looking for someone who is:

• Professional and personable: as the face of the school, you’ll greet all children, families and visitors with a welcoming presence, communicating clearly and courteously. You’ll know how to be firm but fair when needed.

• Highly organised and efficient: you’ll be able to manage a wide range of administrative tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines to keep the academy running smoothly.

• Proactive and solution-oriented: able to take initiative, solve problems calmly, and support the team in creating a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

Your day to day will look like…

• Keeping things running smoothly: managing a variety of administrative tasks, from handling calls and emails to maintaining accurate student records and admissions processes.

• Being the first point of contact: welcoming visitors, supporting parents and carers, and ensuring everyone experiences the warm, professional feel of Oasis Academy Pinewood.

• Supporting key operations: overseeing attendance processes, preparing letters and reports, assisting with financial tasks like dinner payments, and ensuring data transfers are completed accurately.
