What skills and experience we're looking for
You will:
- produce well-presented and accurately typed documents
- answer phone calls and provide advice as appropriate, taking messages for other members of staff
- update computer data record systems
- carry out general office duties and assist school staff as required
- undertake reception duties, ensuring a welcoming environment, whilst maintaining the security of the premises
- handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- undertake filing, shredding and photocopying as required
- Undertake any other tasks that are commensurate with the role and the grade.

Further details about the role
Join our wonderful office team at Windwhistle School who will support administrative processes within the school office. You will be responsible for undertaking clerical duties that support the operation and management of the school in a positive and effective way, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Training will be provided.
You will:

You will have:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in maths and English
- Relevant experience of word processing and experience in the use of IT systems including school system training will be provided in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
