(Fixed term - Maternity Cover – (1 Sept 24 – 22 July 25)
Stadhampton Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and adaptable Office Manager (Maternity cover) to make sure that our school runs smoothly for our pupils, parents and staff. This is a varied role at the heart of our caring and motivational school; you will be involved in every aspect of school life and play a pivotal role in ensuring that all of our pupils get the best out of their time with us.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the school office and the administrative side of running the school, from making arrangements for new pupils and facilitating communication with parents, to making sure pupil data is kept up to date and liaising with our suppliers. You will provide crucial support to our leadership team, making sure they have the information and administrative support they need to lead our school. As a key member of the school community, you’ll also get stuck in with the life of the school; no two days will be the same!

The post is upto 25 hours per week (working patterns open to negotiation for the right candidate) during term-time, including inset days, and is paid at £29,269 – 32,076 pro rata.
