This pivotal position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the aspirations of young people across our region by developing and leading initiatives that deepen our relationships with partner schools and promote Franklin as the natural next step for post-16 education.

At Franklin, you’ll join a vibrant, forward-thinking college where collaboration, innovation, and ambition are at the heart of everything we do. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment, professional development opportunities, and the chance to play a key role in shaping the future of our school partnerships.
