About the role
As our School Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors – and a key part of our supportive school team. This is more than just a front desk role – it’s about creating a positive, nurturing first impression and helping our school run smoothly each and every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming all visitors with a warm and professional approach
  • Handling phone calls, emails and parent enquiries
  • Providing general administrative support to the Headteacher and teaching staff
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and pupil records
  • Helping the school day run like clockwork!
