Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about working in a small and vibrant rural school community where every child matters? We’re looking for a warm and welcoming School Receptionist to become the smiling face of Kenton Primary School!
About the role
As our School Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors – and a key part of our supportive school team. This is more than just a front desk role – it’s about creating a positive, nurturing first impression and helping our school run smoothly each and every day.

- Brings a positive attitude and a genuine love of school life
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming all visitors with a warm and professional approach
- Handling phone calls, emails and parent enquiries
- Providing general administrative support to the Headteacher and teaching staff
- Supporting attendance monitoring and pupil records
- Helping the school day run like clockwork!
