What skills and experience we're looking for
Newhouse Academy is looking for a School Site Supervisor who is, as we describe, one of “our people”.We appoint on character over talent alone, believing we can always learn new skills. It is important that you are a team player and understand how important our values are to us.
We enjoy our jobs but also understand that education can be a harsh environment, but by working as a team we can solve things together.
We are looking for a candidate who has an operational background.
You will manage a small number of support staff including our Premises and facilities assistants, our cleaner in charge and our community lettings assistant; setting high standards; and ensuring compliance at every level. You will receive a full Induction and support will be provided across the school and Trust.
