Salary: Grade C SCP 4-SCP 6

Actual salary £20,377 - £21,028

35 hours per week Term Time Plus 5 days

Fixed Term to cover a period of Maternity Leave

Required from 1st September 2026 to 23rd July 2027

The School is looking to appoint a School Technician to join our team. We are seeking a conscientious and energetic person with a wide range of practical skills. You will work across both Food Technology and Art & Photography departments, coordinate the use of practical technology resources and providing assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the Technology and Art curriculum which involves both GCSE, and all post 16 qualifications. The day to day role is extremely varied and you will need to adapt and prioritise jobs as they arise.

Applicants will need to be flexible, punctual, reliable, well organised and able to clearly communicate with students and staff in a calm, and professional manner. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
