Schools Staff Instructor job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Schools Staff Instructor to help with the running of our Combined Cadet Force. The successful candidate should have recent experience of either HM Forces or working with military cadets. In this role you will be required to help organise and develop the established Combined Cadet Force with Army and Royal Navy Sections. The contingent currently comprises of around 160 cadets and 8 Officers. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join us at our thriving Academy. The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently and be enthusiastic, well-motivated and proactive. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible as well as having excellent organisational skills. In addition to running the CCF, you will have the opportunity to become involved in the life of the school. The successful candidate will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check in line with the government’s safer recruitment guidelines.
