What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Physics or a related science

Proven ability to teach Physics up to KS5 and all sciences up to KS4

Strong curriculum leadership skills to develop and oversee KS4 & KS5 Physics

A passion for delivering high-quality lessons and raising student attainment

Excellent classroom management and ability to engage and inspire students

Commitment to inclusion, student well-being, and high expectations

Willingness to contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and SEN strategies
