Science Teacher job summary
We are seeking to appoint for January 2023 or sooner an enthusiastic and motivated teacher of science to join our Science Department and teach the subject at all levels.
You will be working in a very cohesive and supportive department that is committed to providing an innovative and high-quality science education for all of our pupils.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- a passion for science education with an excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical understanding particularly of teaching chemistry
- they are an excellent classroom practitioner, who is experienced in teaching science at key stages 3, 4 and 5, preferably key stage 5.
- success in achieving good results
- highest aspirations and expectations for all students
- they are optimistic, positive, and cheerful
