Job / Person Summary

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person, with effective communication skills, to join our Science technician team for a maternity cover. Duties will include preparing materials for lessons, set up and distribute materials in preparation for lessons, safety checks in the laboratories and general administration and support. Previous experience of working in a school environment or as a Science Technician would be an advantage. This post is for 37 hours per week for 40 weeks of the year (including INSET days). Start time between 8am and 8.15am. Finish time between 4pm and 4.30pm.

Salary: £22,095 per annum (FTE £25,186 per annum), Grade C

Start: As soon as possible
