Science Technician
Hours: Full time working 37 Hours Per Week, 39 Weeks per year
Salary: Band 2 , Point 3-6 FTE £26,238.00-£27,436.00 (Pro rata salary above)
Contract Type: Permanent
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic person who enjoys working in a highly successful team. The post involves the preparation of practical scientific activities, maintenance of scientific apparatus and contributing to the upkeep and organisation of resources. As well as having an interest in science, the successful candidate will be well-organised with the ability to prioritise their workload and possess a can-do approach. Previous experience in a laboratory and/or educational context is desirable.
Early application is encouraged. The post could be ended prior to end date if a successful candidate appointed.
