Science job summary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic graduate to support our core offer in Science due to increased numbers in the school. The successful candidate will be required to teach Science across the full ability range at Key Stages 3 & 4. We are also looking to support our core offer in Maths and will welcome applications from anyone who can teach either or both subjects. The Science department is well resourced and consists of a committed team of ten teachers, three technicians and a subject specific HLTA who are supported and led by an experienced management team. Students are offered a number of curriculum pathways at Key Stage 4 including GCSE seperate Sciences. The post provides and excellent opportunity for either a newly qualified teacher or an experienced teacher but it is essential that the successful applicants are enthusiastic team players.
