Candidates should have an interest in the development of others and the delivery of a high quality programme based on current pedagogy and strong teaching practices, as well as the desire to work with the existing team in preparing for the 2024 Revised Framework for ITT. Whilst candidates would ideally have some experience in the development of others through mentoring/coaching perhaps through ITT or ECT, if you do not have direct experience in these areas but you feel this role will be suited to you please do not be put off applying. Whilst this is not being advertised as a secondment we would consider this as a option for the right person.
