We are looking for a dynamic, talented Second in Charge of Science to join our Science Department and support the Head of Department in providing leadership for the Academy’s Science provision. Working in consultation with the Principal, staff, parents, and the Academy Council, you will help ensure high standards of education across the department.
Oasis Academy Enfield is an inclusive 11–18 academy committed to giving children the best possible education. We are located in a new building with state of the art facilities, just 12 minutes from Enfield Lock train station.
This post would suit either a newly qualified or an experienced teacher. We are committed to providing all staff with high quality professional development.

Oasis Academy Enfield opened in September 2007 as a new academy. Initially a group of portacabins and a pioneering spirit, the Academy moved into its £30 million purpose-built accommodation two years later on Innova Business Park, 12 minutes walk from Enfield Lock Station.
The Academy has enjoyed considerable success in its 15 year history. In 2018, Ofsted confirmed that we continue to be a good academy.

Around 95% of our sixth form students progress to university with two thirds going to Russell Group and other leading universities following a wide range of courses from English, History to engineering, psychology and law.
