Our vibrant school is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as the Second in English. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our students' literary journeys.

As the Second in English, you will work closely with the Head of Department to lead and manage the English curriculum, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning

Key Responsibilities:

* Curriculum Planning and Delivery: Support the planning, delivery, and assessment of engaging English lessons.
* Leadership and Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to colleagues within the English department, promoting a collaborative and professional environment.
* Student Monitoring and Progress: Track and support student progress, implementing strategies to ensure academic success and overcome any challenges.
* Resource Development: Contribute to creating innovative teaching resources and strategies to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
* Cross-Curricular Collaboration: Work with other departments to promote interdisciplinary learning opportunities and enrich students' overall educational experience.
