What skills and experience we're looking for

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Working collaboratively with the Head of Department to monitor achievement and progress across the curriculum.
Attending and contributing to meetings in the absence of the Head of Department and passing on relevant information.
Supporting the development of the Department Improvement Plan in line with the School Improvement Plan.
Supporting appropriate, effective interventions implemented by departmental staff to enable students to make progress.
