The Deanery CE Academy is a new and growing school, in the heart of the community of Wichelstowe with the most amazing facilities, inspirational staff and incredible students. We believe that we have a duty to enable all our students to flourish when they are at school, to enable them to live life in all its fullness- this is the foundation of our ethos and will form a significant part of our dialogue in all aspects of school life. We are part of the Wichelstowe Trinity Campus that when full, will provide good quality learning from 2 years old to 18 years old.

As our school develops, we are now seeking an amazing Humanities Teacher who is looking to take their first steps into leadership of the subject. You will work alongside the Head of Humanities to provide excellence and develop the curriculum as we look to open our Sixth Form in September 2023.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a real passion for their subject, as well as developing pupil's love of learning and the ability to inspire our students in appreciating all aspects of this subject, and how they fit into the many aspects of the world around them.
