What skills and experience we're looking for

Following the retirement of the current post holder after 24 years’ service,the governors of St Anne’s Catholic School seek to appoint a new Second inReligious Education. A committed Christian is desirable, but applications arewelcomed from practising members of non-Catholic denominations whowill be able to lead aspects of the religious life of the school. The successfulcandidate will help to lead a highly successful, supportive department whoteach from Year 7 to Year 13 and will bring a strong, joyful presence to theclassroom. The department also leads PSHE and the Chaplaincy work withinin the school.

Religious Education is a core subject at St Anne’s and girls enjoy a wide variety of experiences in their learning. GCSE results are consistently well above national rates.
