Secondary Early Career Teachers job summary

We have outstanding opportunities for ECTs in great schools with fantastic children and young people.

You will follow an excellent induction programme, supported by your personal mentor, to enable you to reach your full potential in your first years and beyond.

Our training has been developed in line with changing requirements and feedback from previous ECTs to form structured, professional but fun sessions enabling interaction and the ability to network with others across the profession.
