Are you an inspirational senior leader with a proven track record of driving exceptional teaching quality that leads to demonstrable outcomes for pupils?
We are seeking a dynamic and highly effective Secondary Improvement Lead to join our Trust and champion teaching and learning across our secondary phase. This pivotal role is your opportunity to shape the future and ensure every student achieves their full potential!
What You'll Be Doing:
Elevating Teaching Quality: Strategically lead and implement school improvement initiatives that directly enhance the quality of teaching and learning, with a specific focus on our core values: achieve, belong, and contribute.
Driving Measurable Outcomes: Develop and embed professional development and coaching programs that result in clear, measurable gains in student attainment and progress.
Building Capacity: Mentor and support school leadership teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and build sustainable capacity across all schools.
Embedding Priorities: Champion key Trust priorities, including the effective use of oracy and independent learning to transform classroom practice.
What We're Looking For:
An experienced senior leader with a compelling vision for school improvement in a multi-academy trust context.
A leader who excels at building strong professional relationships with all stakeholders to foster a collaborative culture.
Expertise in curriculum design and ensuring consistency and quality of delivery across multiple secondary settings.
