We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Secondary Teacher who would like to be part of a forward-looking team, focused on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences for all students. We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience teaching in Performing Arts, Oracy or Literacy specialisms.
High quality teaching and high expectations are at the heart of Kettering Science Academy and all teachers will be expected to develop exemplary practice which supports the ethos, values and vision, and contributes to the overall life and work of the Academy. Teachers will also be expected to promote and develop social, moral and physical aptitudes in their pupils and to provide advice and guidance where necessary.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience teaching Key Stage 3 and be able to demonstrate experience teaching at Key Stage 4
Be willing to go above and beyond what is expected, encouraging students to achieve as highly as possible
Possess a tenacious ambition for their students, seeking to give them exciting and engaging opportunities for learning
