W11 is a small group provision for KS3 children whom have SEMH needs. We take up to 18 children at a time across 3 classes.
Whilst the children continue with their academic learning , we are looking to appoint someone who can ensure we have a greater impact on SEMH and tailored academic intervention to help them learn skills to enable them to succeed when back at school. We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and motivated team member who is committed to enabling children – some of whom show significantly challenging behaviour – to achieve to their very best.
We are looking for someone who thrives when working as part of a team but also shows initiative and can work independently. Working in W11 is not always an easy job but is a hugely rewarding one. If you think this might be the right challenge for you and you are interested please apply.
