SEMH Intervention Facilitator job summary

SEMH INTERVENTION FACILIATOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEMH Intervention Facilitator to work within this vibrant and successful Academy.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, families, school staff, and external providers to improve engagement, attendance, behaviour, and achievement, ensuring every student feels included, supported, and able to succeed.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver mentoring and targeted SEMH support

  • Lead one-to-one and small group interventions

  • Help reduce truancy and exclusions

  • Build positive relationships with pupils and families

  • Work alongside alternative provision partners to enable students to continue to access education

  • Promote a positive, inclusive school culture

37 hours per week - 8:00am - 4:00pm

41 working weeks (46.9 paid weeks)

Scale 6 point 13 - £26,798.84 pro rata per annum
