What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at Little Bowden School in Market Harborough. We are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual who enjoys supporting and developing children’s curiosity, resilience and love of learning.

The governors at Little Bowden School are seeking to appoint a Special Education Needs Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs requiring 1:1 support. Working as a member of our dedicated education team, you will be required to provide support to pupils and class teachers during lesson time and provide 1:1 support and lunchtime enrichment activities.

We are looking for someone

  • With Experience of working with children with challenging and complex special needs
  • With a good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Who is patient, caring and creative
  • Who is able to work well in a team

Interviews will be Thursday 20th April.
