What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a SEN Administrative Assistant to join our very busy and thriving school, to provide an efficient administrative support service to the SENCO and Learning Support Department. First-rate organisation, ICT and person skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have:
- experience working in a similar role
- a high standard of communication, organisational and literacy skills
- the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- the ability to work calmly under pressure and to respond flexibly to changing demands
- to undertake safeguarding training and support the school to follow best practice.
