What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you a creative, energetic and inspiring teacher, looking for a unique and fulfilling role in special education?

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes :

- have a comprehensive knowledge, understanding and experience of teaching children with autism.

- have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with children to develop a thorough understanding of an individual’s needs and plan a curriculum to meet these.

- have a desire to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences.

- able to demonstrate outstanding practice.

Green Wrythe is a very special school because it consists of two departments; the Ark, which is the main school department and the Rainbow department for children with autistic spectrum disorders. This is a school where everyone’s needs are catered for and everyone thrives in the nurturing environment.
