Chalgrove Primary, wish to appoint a talented and enthusiastic teacher to teach in our specialist provision for pupils with Autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a specialist provision and work alongside an exceptional SEN team. It is a small class of 7 children from EYFS-KS1. Training and support will be provided.

• Has experience of working with children with ASC and is committed to Inclusion
• Is calm, kind and compassionate
• Has a dynamic and flexible approach to teaching and learning
• knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Can inspire and motivate our pupils with consistently good teaching
• Has a positive and solution focussed approach
• Is flexible and can work in a team
• Has high expectations of behaviour and achievement
• Can be empathetic and understanding in their support and guidance for parents
