Your Role Will Include:

Designing creative, multi-sensory lessons that build communication, social, and life skills

Leading and supporting a team of Teaching Assistants in your classroom

Collaborating with middle and senior leaders to shape a rich, inclusive curriculum

Communicating with families and carers to support holistic pupil development
Participating in school events, including parents’ evenings and community activities
Teaching pupils aged 2 to 19 with severe learning difficulties
Receiving ongoing training in SEND teaching, behaviour management, and alternative communication methods (e.g. Makaton, PECS, AAC)
