SEN HLTA job summary

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic HLTA who is flexible and organised and is passionate about supporting teaching and learning for children with additional needs. This is an exciting opportunity as we develop our whole school approach to nurture and inclusion for children with SEN. As our SEN HLTA you will be involved in developing our nurture room where you will be based, supporting groups of children as well as supporting their re-integration into the classroom. You will also lead interventions across the school and will work closely with the SENCo, SLT, teachers and teaching assistants.
