We are seeking to recruit a SEN Learning Coach, with specific focus on Communication and Interaction difficulties and Autism, to enable pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities to flourish and make academic and social progress by developing, creating and implementing a range of interventions and coaching strategies that supports the ethos and vision of the University of Birmingham School.

We will have high expectations of you to be an outstanding role model committed to the distinctive ethos of our School. In return, we will recognise your contribution through an enhanced package of pay and benefits subject to performance.
