SEN/SEMH Teacher job summary
‘...Reducing Barriers to Expand Horizon...’
Do you understand that behaviour, whether loud or quiet, is a form of communication? Are you the kind of teacher who looks beyond labels and sanctions to see the child or young person underneath? Do you believe that with the right relationships, safety and care, every young person can grow and thrive? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
