Are you passionate about working with young people and curious learners?
Would you like to experience working in an exceptional educational setting with the opportunity for training and development as part of an excellent inclusion team?
We are seeking to expand our SEN Inclusion team to enable our learners to thrive and achieve the best possible outcomes. We wish to appoint dynamic and enthusiastic team members to support students with a range of additional needs, taking a proactive role in supporting the educational, social and physical needs of students at our school.
The successful candidates will be able to use their initiative, and support teaching and learning across the curriculum, aiding the teacher in the practical organisation of class activities and small group work and interventions. We pride ourselves in our enriched curriculum offer, with opportunities afforded to all students as part of our inclusive ethos and we would like to continue to advocate this for our learners with your help.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for graduates who would like to gain more experience within a school setting before pursuing a career in teaching and education. These posts are also suitable for individuals who may already work within education as a learning support assistant and would like the opportunity to develop their practice at a forward thinking school. You may already have a wealth of experience or may want to change the direction of your career and training opportunities will be available for the right candidates.
