SEN SUPPORT ASSISTANT (HLTA) LEVEL 4 job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for St John Fisher RC Primary School to appoint a HLTA SEN Support Assistant.
The Governors are looking to appoint a highly enthusiastic, qualified and experienced High-Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about pupils’ learning, enjoys being with children, has a positive attitude, and can work as part of a friendly and dedicated team.
This new and exciting role will give the right candidate the opportunity to make it their own, you will provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs as well as working with small groups. You will provide high quality, challenging and differentiated educational activities and experiences through teaching a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at pupils achieving their full potential in all areas of learning.
The role requires the candidate to demonstrate a passion for and dedication to securing the best offer for SEN and disadvantaged pupils. You will liaise with the SENCO and be an integral part of the SEN provision. You will develop and implement educational strategies from individual pupils who have an EHCP

- Have the ability to provide support and guidance to other Teaching Assistant’s at St John Fisher in supporting children with SEN?
