What skills and experience we're looking for

Wybers Wood Academy are looking to appoint a SEN Support Officer to join our academy in September 2026 on a part time, temporary basis.

Your new role

As the SEN Support Officer, you will provide administrative support for the SENCO and ensure tracking and delivery of interventions to improve pupil progress across the Academy. You will deliver bespoke intervention packages to primary aged pupils with SEND designed to remove barriers to learning.

Salary: Grade F Points 14 to 19 (£29,540 to £32,061 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £21,505.84.

Hours: 32 hours per week / Term Time only
