What skills and experience we're looking for

You will have a child-centered approach, and will develop strong relationships with all pupils to ensure all succeed. You will take a pro-active role in the support of the educational, social and physical needs of all the children but especially for an EYFS child with an EHCP.Ideally you will have recent SEN experience of working with children with speech and language needs. As a small school we rely on everyone working together with our families to ensure we provide an inclusive and happy schooling experience for all - flexibility is essential.
