What skills and experience we're looking for

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of working in a similar position in schools, ideally with children working at Early Years Foundation Stage level
  • Be prepared to carry out intimate care as required
  • Be willing to work directly with children with special educational needs including intimate care as required
  • Have a calm and nurturing attitude
  • Be able to facilitate children's learning in both 1:1 and small groups
  • Be able to share information and have professional communication with the class teacher.
  • Be able to support the Christian ethos of our school
