What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of working in a similar position in schools, ideally with children working at Early Years Foundation Stage level
- Be prepared to carry out intimate care as required
- Be willing to work directly with children with special educational needs including intimate care as required
- Have a calm and nurturing attitude
- Be able to facilitate children's learning in both 1:1 and small groups
- Be able to share information and have professional communication with the class teacher.
- Be able to support the Christian ethos of our school
