What skills and experience we're looking for

Experienced at working with children in a primary school environment.

Able to remain highly confidential at all times.

Hard working with a passion about helping children to achieve their full potential.

Calm and patient with a positive outlook.

Motivated and inspirational.

Of a good standard of education particularly written and spoken English (Maths and English GCSE or equivalent essential).

Shaw-cum-Donnington Primary is a small, friendly and vibrant school situated on the edge of Newbury in a semi-rural setting. Our ‘Good’ inspection by OFSTED recognised the hard work by all staff in creating a culture where only the best is acceptable for the pupils and this vision is accepted by all who work in the school.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, caring and reliable individual to help support named children. The role carries significant responsibilities which include supporting the children on a one to one basis with all aspects of the school day.
