About the role: The Leigh Academy are seeking to appoint a SEN Teacher - Speech and Language from September 2022 to support our SLCN students in small groups and on a one-to-one basis. We have a Specialist Resource Base within the Academy and our successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the team, responsible for supporting between 10-15 pupils requiring assistance that are in mainstream classes who the successful candidate will provide intervention for.
This is a fantastic time to join us; the Academy has gone from strength to strength and to continue that development, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our team.
Our successful candidate will have the relevant post-graduate SLCN qualification, be on track to complete it or would look to complete this in the near future; we can provide the necessary support in order to achieve this as we are seeking to appoint a passionate SEN Teacher.
