About The Role:

Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Monitoring Committee of Berrycoombe School, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant (KS2) to join our team of dedicated professionals. Relevant qualifications or previous experience in a similar role required. The role is working 2 and half days a week. Berrycoombe Primary is a one-form entry town school.

We are searching for successful candidates who are:

  • Are committed and passionate about ensuring every child succeeds and flourishes.
  • Understand that outstanding learning for each child starts with the warm and supportive relationships they have with their class adult.

About You:

You will have an empathetic and playful approach to working with children you will also have good communication skills to ensure a productive working relationship with your class teacher. You will need to be organised and be able to work independently when needed.
