Salary: £13.05-£13.26 per hour £17,239- £17,511 Annual Actual

Contract: Permanent

30 hours Monday to Friday

(term time only- 38 weeks )

Salary range: NJC Scale Level 2 pt 4-5

Start Date: January 2026

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and fully committed to helping children with Special Educational Needs thrive.

You will need to be passionate about meeting the needs of our children. We are a fully inclusive school, with a resourced provision for children with physical and medical needs.

The successful candidate will:

Have experience working with children with a range of SEN needs

Be able to provide high-quality support to pupils both in class and during individual or small-group interventions

Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team

Be adaptable, reliable, and able to use their initiative

Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and positive learning environment
