Working in partnership with, and under the
direction of our class teachers and senior leaders, you’ll provide support for
various curriculum programmes and guide our young people to overcome their
barriers to learning.
Support may be provided on a whole-class, specific
cohort, or one-to-one basis both in and outside of the learning space,
sometimes encountering challenging behaviour and a wide range of abilities and
needs. These could be specific learning needs, engagement issues and/or
challenges with social, emotional and mental health and will truly mean that no
two days are the same. It’s therefore imperative that you possess a high-level
of emotional maturity and resilience and can adapt to changing priorities.
