SEN Teaching Assistant job summary

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a team of hard working friendly people within the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) department, supporting pupils with learning difficulties. An individual who has vision and a passion for bringing out the best in all children and can make a real difference in our school. Specifically, we would like someone who has the following qualities:

This job is 29.5 hours per week, term time plus 3 inset days, and the nature of the work is physically, as well as mentally demanding but extremely rewarding. Previous experience of working with children or vulnerable adults is essential and experience of working with children with SEND, though not essential, would be an advantage. We are able to provide full training and you will be welcomed into a team of hard-working, friendly and driven individuals who are able to enhance your experience here with us.
