SEN Teaching Assistant (HNF Funded) job summary
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support SEN children across the school in a few classes.
You need to be self-motivated and flexible. Experience in working in a school is essential, supported by relevant qualifications. The ability to both use your own initiative and to be able to work as a member of a team is crucial to the role. You will need to willing to support the adaptation of planning to meet the specific needs of child. A calm, patient manner is essential and experience of working with children with SEND would be essential.
You will also be expected to support the overall Christian aims and ethos of our school.
The post is for 20 hours per week worked over 5 days, term time only and is fixed term as it is linked to funding while the child attends St. Michael's.
Pay scale will be H2- H3 dependent on experience £22,737.00 - £25,119.00 Annual
